On the axiomatic definition of multi-valued elementary functions of a complex variable
The work is devoted to the axiomatic definition of the basic elementary functions of a complex variable. The main multi-valued elementary functions of a complex variable are considered. The axiomatic definitions of the argument of a complex number and logarithmic function are simplified. The axiomatic definitions of a multivalued power function and a multivalued exponent are generalized.

Methodological foundations system intelligence
Currently, the concept of artificial intelligence is becoming more widespread and developed, but there is a difficulty in accurately defining this concept. In general, artificial intelligence is divided into two large categories: “weak AI”, which implies the creation of expert systems, decision support systems, knowledge bases, as well as image recognition systems, and “strong AI”, aimed at creating systems focused not just on processing input information, but also having part of the cognitive properties inherent in human the brain, as a result of which the system not only operates with data, but also partially understands their meaning (as an example, natural language processing systems can be cited, which can determine not only the meaning of the text but also form a review of its emotional coloring). In parallel with these formulations, there is a definition of hybrid intelligent systems that can be interpreted from two positions: as systems based on a combination of more than two artificial intelligence methods and as systems based on the synthesis of artificial intelligence and human natural intelligence methods. In this regard, in this paper it is proposed to classify the approaches of the organization of artificial intelligence, con-sider the stages of development of the decision-making paradigm and formulate a definition of system intelligence, which allows combining various structures of the organization of computing systems using various intelligent agents.

On the development of information systems using the method of integral evaluation
In the article, the authors considered the design and development of an information system that uses the integral assessment technique to create a ranked list, using the example of the implementation of an information system to support the process of selecting suppliers for an agricultural enterprise. Currently, there are many enterprises that are engaged in agriculture, and ac-cording to statistics, about half of the world's population works in this area. For the full functioning of an agricultural enterprise, certain resources, equipment, materials are needed. All this is purchased from various suppliers, so there is an urgent problem in choosing the most profitable supplier. The information system of the client-server architecture will make it possible to select suppliers according to the input data, and issue an appropriate rating (recommendations), which will make it possible to increase productivity, profitability, competitiveness of the enterprise, and make timely management decisions.

Overview of multi cloud technologies and analysis of their implementation
The purpose of this study is to review and analyze the application of a relatively new strategy for collecting and processing information – multi-cloud computing, which has proven itself well for using services and resources from several public clouds, which is considered as a single net-work architecture. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of individual cloud providers that allow their servers to be used in a common infrastructure space with other providers.

Domestic Internet gateway for a small office
The issues of replacing the SQUID, SQUIDGUARD and SARG software packages with domestic software for a small office are considered, while the solution for a small office means the use of tools built into the operating system and open software packages (freely distributed software). Recommendations on the choice of domestic operating systems and the use of Uncomplicated Firewall (UFW) are given.

Features of the use of smart contracts in the blockchain network to optimize modern economic processes
The article is devoted to the analysis of the algorithm for the use of smart contracts in modern economic systems. The areas of application and various aspects of the functioning of smart con-tracts, due to their high technical potential, are considered. The mechanism for using smart con-tracts in the blockchain network in the procurement of goods, works, and services to meet state and municipal needs is disclosed in detail. The issue of the most efficient use of the possibilities of smart contracts through the automation of not only procurement procedures, but also control over compliance with the principles of fair competition, is touched upon.

Neural network system for biometric identification of a person by voice
The article considers an approach to the implementation of a system of identification of a person by one of the biometric characteristics – voice. The main factors that led to the expansion of the scope of biometric identification tools are described. The basic characteristics of the voice are given, allowing it to be used as an identification factor. The details of the subject area of the re-search are revealed: the types of voice identification systems, the main stages and variants of their work are listed. The substantiation of the relevance and formulation of the problem is car-ried out: the development and comparison of two approaches to biometric identification of a person by voice based on different neural network architectures: a multilayer perceptron and a convolutional neural network. The developed systems include a stage of signal preprocessing: the allocation of significant voice characteristics, the removal of noise, pauses, silence, as well as the formation of spectrograms in graphical form. Algorithms for the operation of identification modules based on both considered neural network architectures are given; the mechanisms of operation of each of them and a detailed description of configurations are described. Based on the results of the experiments, conclusions were drawn about the effectiveness of using these architectures: the convolutional neural network showed 98.7% recognition accuracy and by-passed the multilayer perceptron by 5.6% when training on the same sample.

Analysis of possibilities of the GPT-3 neural network model and ways of its application in production
The purpose of this article is to consider diffusion neural networks, as well as to study the possibilities of using these neural networks to develop applications that generate images based on text queries and to compare diffusion models that exist today. GPT-3 (Generative Pretrained Transformer 3) is a neural network capable of generating texts that may be similar to human-written texts. This is one of the most powerful and advanced language models to date, which us-es machine learning to create texts based on previous data. It was developed by Open AI and has many use cases in various industries, including manufacturing.
