The subject of the journal was created in compliance with the mission and objectives of the journal and on the basis of the nomenclature of scientists’ specialties.

The mission of the journal is rendering assistance in integration of higher school science and education, development of theoretical and practical potential of the natural and exact sciences of the higher school of Russia, creation of a professional, interdisciplinary and international platform for discussion of actual problems in the field of mathematics, physics, natural and technical science. The subject of the journal is created according to mission and tasks of the journal and on the basis of the nomenclature of professions of scientists.

The journal focuses upon the publication of works on physical and mathematical sciences in the field of the differential equations, dynamic systems and optimum control, theoretical and experimental physics; on biological sciences: human physiology, genetics, botany and ecology; and on technical science: robotic systems, automation and control, mathematics and software, mathematical modeling, methods and systems of information security.

At the same time the editorial board considers with interest articles which discuss a wider range of problems of modern natural and technical sciences.
