Prediction of construction durability at the design stage of the system emission control taking into account the fracture toughness of the material thermal exposure
When designing systems to reduce the toxicity of exhaust gases, crucial for the forecasting of system resource is the determination of the service life of the system. In the article, the problem of determining the influence of defects of construction material for its strength characteristics is solved. Determination of the critical value of stress intensity factor of surface defects makes it possible to select the construction material significantly reducing the risk of subcritical fracture still at the stage of design.

Structural decomposition of the production system with the use of two-criteria parametric estimation
Solving the problem of forecasting the time series of production systems is a complex task, due, on the one hand, to the heterogeneity of individual components in the structure of the construction process and, on the other hand, to the effect of irregular random factors associated with deviations from the planned mode of performed works, which together leads to irremovable nonstationarity and nonlinearity. In order to automate the process of structural identification of homogeneous components in the structure of the production system, a two-criterion parametric estimation method is proposed based on the example of construction of oil and gas wells, based on estimating the actual value of the measured indicator and calculating the measure of approaching the system to the limit of resource niches corresponding to individual types of construction works. The application of the developed method will allow us to determine in the automated mode the current state of the system and predict the dynamics of its future development for objects-analogues. Experiments confirming the effectiveness of the developed method of structural identification were carried out for 54 objects, the time series of which are represented by 2430 measurements, the average relative identification error was 3%.

An analysis of didactic opportunities of using RealTimeBoard virtual whiteboard tools in the educational process
In the article, the relevance of use of the new training technology with use of services of interactive online boards is proved. A comparative analysis of the most popular services to support visualization of distance learning in terms of their didactic efficiency is presented. Based on the method of expert assessments, the choice of the most effective RealTimeBoard-service from among the virtual boards presented in the market of educational technologies is justified. The model of organization of remote group and individual lessons using Internet technologies is described.

Application of cluster analysis in the biometric identification of user
This article discusses the method of universalization of a previously developed cluster map for its application not only as a tool for distributing electronic media, but also for using it in various areas of categorization by the possibility of changing the matrix configurations. As an example of the improvement of the methodology, the use of user identification by voice is considered, since this area is relevant and its scope is extended, ranging from information protection to forensic science. A person’s recognition algorithm occurs in the following sequence: a user utters a voice password suggested by the system that generates it in a pseudo-random manner, then the person is identified by his characteristics (the program checks the voice characteristics on a given word on the cluster card), as soon as the system detects the compliance of reference samples with real-time samples, it recognizes the person who enters the system and provides access to information.

A method of locating distribution centers of the spatially distributed complex
The article presents the idea of a method for locating distribution centers of a spatially distributed complex without the territory restrictions. The method consists in solving three problems: determining the number of distribution centers that need to be placed using the method of comparing options; determination of the best locations for placement of distribution centers using the ant colony algorithm; identifying the best location from the previously determined using the penalty function method.

Comparative analysis of neural network algorithms for cloud computing
Cloud computing today is one of the most powerful computing infrastructures. Currently, most cloud platforms are based on operating systems that use basic CPU scheduling algorithms, but, as a result, do not have enough intellectual component to build an innovative computational model. The paper presents the advantages of using artificial neural network algorithms in terms of increasing the efficiency of processor scheduling in cloud computing. In addition, a set of characteristics and theoretical indicators are proposed for comparing various mechanics of artificial neural networks and finding the optimal algorithm for planning cloud computing CPU.
