Molar imbalance of inflammatory mediators IL-17A, IL-1β and TNF-α at coronary and cerebrovascular atherosclerosis

Serum levels of proinflammatory mediators IL-17A, IL-1β, TNF-α at patients with coronary and cerebral atherosclerosis (n=20) and donors (n=12) vary in the narrow range of physiological values (0–50 pg/ml) and do not differ (Ð>0,05). In a supernatant of the ahintactic PBMC and NE of sick of IHD and IIM, concentration of IL-17A, IL-1β and TNF-α authentically (Ð<0,01) exceeds indicators for healthy individuals and makes respectively for a mediator of chronic inflammation – IL-17A: 65,85±15,89; 2,03±1,35; 2,95±1,26 pg/ml; an acute inflammation – IL-1: 65±22,19; 47,90±2,92; 11,95±3,86 pg/ml; a key mediator of inflammation and damage an endothelium of vessels of TNF-α – 435,63±77,14; 190,33±34,10; 36,71±7,2 pg/ml. Equimolar ratios of IL-17A, IL-1β and TNF-α in a super-natant of the ahintactic PBMC of donors are defined (0,8:0,7:0,7). The molar imbalance at sick of IBS with constitutive hyperproduction of the main inflammatory mediators is characterized by cascade double strengthening among IL-17A, IL-1β and TNF-α (1,88:3,82:8,38) also differs at IIM (0,06:2,82:3,65). In cytokine profile intact NE, stimulated in vitro PHA PBMC and NE of patients, TNF-α prevails.

Issues related to raising efficiency of soil chemical melioratio

On the basis of the analysis of results of many-year experiences and monitoring of soils of agricultural lands, we show crisis state of soils of domestic agriculture according to environment response, as well as offer techniques for a positive solution of this problem. Also we prove the high economic and agro-environmental efficiency of soil liming in combination with introduction of phosphorite meal and need of renewal of its large-scale state support. Results of positive action of the calcium-containing waste of the industry as chemical ameliorants are given.

Comparative characteristic of the physiological features of Berberis L. genus representatives in the Botanical garden of the Adyghe State University

The paper presents the results of physiological studies of representatives of the genus Berberis L. from the collection of the Botanical garden of the Adyghe State University. Biometric measurements were carried out, the seasonal rhythm of the development of the introduced species was compared with the local species. Indicators of water exchange (total water content, transpiration intensity, water retention capacity) and photosynthetic intensity were determined. Adaptability of introduced species is revealed.

Study of the resistance of potato varieties to the tuber nemotode in the condition of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alanya

Resistance to the tuber nematode Ditylenchus destruktor of four potato varieties was studied in field and laboratory conditions: Romano, Zhukovsky, Meteor, Udacha. The relationship of the degree of resistance to the nematode with the content of starch and the maturation period of plants was noted. In field studies, the most susceptible variety was Romano with a tuber damage of up to 10% and a high starch content (14–17%). Fast-growing and early-ripening varieties Zhukovsky and Meteor were less affected by the nematode (up to 5%). The greatest resistance was recorded in Udacha (less than 1%), characterized by a lower starch content in tubers (12–14%). With an increase in the starch content, an increase in the extensiveness and intensity of tuber damage was observed in laboratory studies.

Polymorphisms of genes of folate cycle associated with the threat of early termination of pregnancy at women from Republic of Adyghea

The research urgency is caused by the search for prognostically significant criteria of the threat of early reproductive losses at residents of the Republic of Adyghea in the analysis of the frequency distribution of polymorphisms of genes of the folate cycle MTHFR 677 C>T, rs1801133; MTHFR 1298 A>C, rs1801131; MTR 2756 A>G, rs1805087; MTRR 66 A>G, rs1801394; SLC19A1 80 G>A, rs1051266. The examined group (n=48) included patients of reproductive age (average age 28,2±4,6 years) from different ethnic groups with the threat of termination of approximately 13 week pregnancy. The control group (donors, n=51) is represented by an unrelated healthy women of reproductive age from the Republic of Adyghea (average age was 28,4±5,97 years). No statistically significant differences in SNP genes MTHFR, MTR, MTRR, SLC19A1 in the General group of women from the Republic of Adyghea and among the Adyghe women have been identified. Russian women from the Republic of Adyghea with increased risk (OR=4,11; 95% CI=1,39–12,18; P=0,02) of termination of pregnancy in the first trimester showed association with heterozygous geno-type SLC19A1 of A80G gene.

Assessment of efficiency of application of sewage precipitates at potato cultivation

Agroecosystems of the Tver region have constant deficiency of organic substance. At the same time there is an accumulation of large-tonnage organic waste of treatment facilities in the form of the sewage precipitates (SP) which can be used as organic fertilizers under various crops. Use of SP as fertilizers will allow us to keep a significant amount of mineral fertilizer and will reduce deficiency of a humus. Introduction of SP in the doses which do not exceed 60 t/hectare doesn't lead to increase in contents of heavy metals in the soil. The top yield of tubers on the cespitose and podsolic sandy soil has been received against the background of a dose of SP of 60 t/hectare and mix of SP with mineral fertilizers. At the same time against the background of doses of SP of 20–60 t/hectare under potatoes no excess accumulation of heavy metals in tubers is noted.

Existence, uniqueness, stability and oscillations of solutions of differential equations with hysteresis nonlinearities. – A survey

A survey on results for ordinary differential equations with hysteresis nonlinearities is presented. The results concerning the problems of existence and/or uniqueness of solutions for the Cauchy initial value problem for various classes of differential equations with hysteresis operators are provided. Frequency conditions of the absolute stability and existence of oscillatory solutions of equations with nonlinearities of different types of hysteresis are given.

Algebraic orientation of sets (ordering sets). IV. Stokes’ theorem

In this paper we develop the algebraic approach to orientation and introduce concepts of partially simplexized set and measurable partially simplexized set in R n . We present bases of the theory of integration on a projection on measurable partially simplexized sets, generalizing the theory of integration on the oriented manyfolds. The proved theorems connect operation of integration on a projection with operation of differentiation on a projection. The proved theorems extend the known theorem of Stokes to measurable partially simplexized sets. The new form of record of Stokes’ formula does not rely on calculus of differential forms, does not demand smoothness of manyfold and can be applied to nonorientable manyfolds.

On the character of nonconvexity of the trajectories of a cubic differential system

In the paper we consider the character of nonconvexity of a closed trajectory of a cubic differential system. It is proved that the closed trajectory of such system is an s-pointed star where s≤4. Examples of the cubic systems having the closed trajectories a type of “m-pointed star” are given.

Internet of Things: concept, applications and tasks

At the moment all observed forms of communications come down either to the scheme of human-human, or human-device. But the Internet of Things (IoT) offers us the enormous Internet future in which communications of the machine-machine (M2M) type will appear. Thist will allow us to unite everything in our world in the general infrastructure, making it possible not only to operate everything that is around us, but also to provide us information on a condition of these things. The purpose of this paper is the comprehensive review of possible options of IoT use and also the review of the technologies expanding its opportunities and networks of sensors. Also, it describes six step structure of IoT and points to the key tasks connected with it. Anyway, this paper will give good understanding to other researchers who wish to begin their researches in the field of the Internet of Things, and will promote effective accumulation of knowl-edge.
